White Sauce Pasta

INGREDIENTS

2 Cup Pasta Penne
1 Medium Onion
2 Green Capsicum
2 Button Mushrooms
1 Small Carrot
1 Cup Chopped Broccoli
4 Cup Milk
2 Cheese Cubes
1/2 Tsp Parsley
1 Tsp Maida
1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
Butter
Salt to taste

METHOD
Step 1:
          Boil the pasta in a vessel around 8-10mins. Once cooked then strain the water completely.
Step 2:
           Coarsely chop onion, broccoli, carrot, capsicum and stir fry them in butter and keep aside.
Step 3:
           White Sauce - Take a pan, add 2 tsp butter, add maida and mix well, cook for 20 secs. Add milk and cook for about 5mins as it thickens.
Step 4:
           Add mixed herbs, salt, parsley, 1 grated cheese cube, cooked veggies to the sauce, mix well.
Step 5:
           Add cooked pasta, mix well and serve hot. Add grated cheese as garnishing.

Tip: While boiling the pasta add 1tsp oil so that the pasta does not stick.
