Maggi Cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS

1 Brick Maggie
1 Packet Maggie Masala
1 Medium Capsicum chopped
1 Tsp Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Coriander leaves chopped
2-3 Green Chilies finely chopped (optional)
2-3 Garlic Cloves (optional)
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Chat Masala 
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 Tsp Maggie Masala (extra)
1-2 Cheese cubes
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

METHOD
Step 1:
          Break and boil the maggie (without masala). Half cook the maggie and strain the water completely.
Step 2:
           Take a bowl, add capsicum, coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, chat masala, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, maggie masala, masala from maggie packet, rice flour and mix well.
Step 3:
           Cut small squares from the cheese cubes 10-12. Make balls from the mixture and add the the cheese square in the center of the ball. 
Step 4:
           Take frying pan and add sufficient oil to fry the maggie balls. Fry all the balls at medium heat. Serve hot with green chutney/tomato sauce/cheese spread.
