INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Cooked Rice
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
Black Pepper Powder
3 tsp Butter
4-5 Chopped Mushroom
1 Onion small finely chopped (optional)
3 Spring onion chopped (keep onion and greens different)
4 Garlic cloves finely chopped
1 tsp Chili Sauce
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Red Chili Powder
1-2 Cheese cube grated
Salt to taste

METHOD
Step 1:

Take a pan, add butter, cumin seeds, garlic, onion, spring onion (only onion) and cook till they are golden

Add mushrooms and salt and cook for 2-3 mins
Step 3:
Add red chili powder, chili sauce, soya sauce, black pepper powder, spring onion greens and mix well and cook for 15-20 secsStep 3:
Step 4:
Add boiled/cooked rice and mix well. Cook for 2 mins
Step 5:
Turn off the heat and add grated cheese as per your taste
