Ingredients:
Paneer cubes
Papad
Green chilli sauce
Coriander leaves
Pudina leaves
Garlic cloves
Ginger
Salt to taste
Oil (to deep fry)

Method:

Step 1

Green Chutney:
Mix green chulli sauce, coriander leaves, pudina leaves , garlic cloves,ginger, salt and grind it.


Step 2

Paneer Marination:
Marinate paneer cubes in the green chutney for 10mins

Step 3

Take a kadhai and heat oil sufficient for deep fry
Bursh papad with water so that it is soft, see to it that it is not that soft that it breaks
Fold the marinated paneer in papad nicely and deep fry

Serve hot with green chutney
