INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Ragi (nachani)
1/2 Cup Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Rava (small)
1/2 Cup Curd
1 Onion finely chopped
6-7 Curry Leaves chopped
1/4 inch Ginger
1 Green chili (optional)
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Jeera Powder
1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
2 Cup Water
Salt as per taste
Oil



METHOD
Step 1:
          Take a bowl, add1 cup ragi, 1/2 cup rice flour, 1/2 cup rava, 1/2 cup curd, jeera powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, onion, chopped curry leaves, ginger, green chili, salt and 1 cup water, mix well. The batter should be running consistency. Keep it aside for 15mins.

Step 2:
          Take dosa pan, once the pan is hot add 1 tsp of oil. Add the batter across the pan and spread it evenly and thin. Cook it till it separates from the pan and flip to another side. Make sure to cook from both the sides.
Serve hot with coconut or mint chutney.
