Soya Kebabs

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups of Soya Nuggets
1 Tsp Rice Flour
2-3 Tsp Maida (All purpose flour)
1 Medium Onion coarsely chopped
1/4 Cup Coriander leaves chopped
2-3 Green Chilies (optional)
2-3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 inch Ginger
1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
1/4 Tsp Amchur Powder 
1/4 Tsp Cumin Powder
Oil for frying
Salt to taste

METHOD
Step 1:
          Take soya nuggets and soak them in hot water for 15 min.
          Drain all the water from each nugget.
Step 2:
           Take a grinder, add onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, garlic, garlic and mix well.
Step 3:
           Take the grinned mixture in bowl,add rice flour, maida, salt, red chili powder,
            cumin powder, chat masala, amchur powder and mix well. 
Step 4:
           Take frying pan and add sufficient oil to fry the kebabs.
           Make the kebabs using a straw, take small ball or sufficient amount of mixture
           and make kebab shapes on the straw.
           Serve hot with green chutney or mayonnaise.
