INGREDIENTS

1 Ltr Heavy Cream Milk
4 Tsp Sugar
3/4 Cup Milkmaid
1/2 Cup Sevai (Vermicelli)
7-8 Almonds
8-10 Cashew nuts
5-6 Pistachio
3-4 Green Cardamom
3-4 Walnut
2 Tsp Cuddapah Almond/Chironji/Charoli
3-4 Dates (deseeded)
1/2 Cup Coconut desiccated
2 Tsp Clarified Butter/Ghee


METHOD
Step 1:
          Bring the milk to boil, add deseeded dates and cook for 5 mins.
          Add milkmaid and sugar, cook for 15 mins.
          Make cardamom powder and add it to the milk.
Step 2:
           Coarsely chop the almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios & walnuts.
           Take a pan, add ghee and roast all the dry fruits for 30 secs.
           Add sevai and roast for another 30 secs.
           Add desiccated coconut and roast for 10 sec only as we do not want to roast untill brown.
Step 3:
           Mix the mixture with milk and cook it for 3-4 mins.
           Serve hot.
