INGREDIENTS

Pav Bhaji Masala 
Red Chilli Masala
Salt as per taste
2 cups of water
Veggies:
Green Peas 1 cup
Cauliflower chopped 1 cup
Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
Beetroot chopped 1/2 cup
Potato 2 chopped 
Tomatoes 4 chopped
Lemon 1/2
Onions 1 chopped

For Garnish:
Chopped Coriander leaves
Butter



METHOD

Step 1:
                Take a cooker add Cauliflower, peas, carrot, beetroot, potato and add water 1 cup so that it can be cooked properly or add water as per the cooker requires. Boil well till 2-3 whistles. Cool down the cooker a bit and mash the boiled veggies with masher.
Step 2:
               Take a pan and add 2 spoons butter, after heating add onions and saute
Step 3:
               Add capsicum and cook till it is cooked well for 2-3 mins
Step 4:
               Add tomatoes, Ginger & Garlic Paste, chopped green chilies and Salt, cook till they are completely cooked for 5mins
Step 5:
              Add red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala and cook for 20 sec
Step 6:
              Add boiled and mashed veggies and mix well. Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and Butter.
Step 7:
              Serve hot with Pav toasted in Butter.
