TAWA PULLAV
ingredients
Butter
Pav Bhaji Masala
Red Chilli Powder
Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 spoon
Green chillies 2 chopped
Basmati Rice Cooked 2 Cup
Salt to taste
Veggies:
Boiled Potato 2
Peas Boiled 1/2 cup
Carrot 1/2 cup chopped
Green Capsicum 1/2 cup chopped
Tomatoes 3 chopped
Onion(big) 1 sliced
Method
Step 1:
Cook Basmati rice and keep aside.
Step 2:
Take a pan and add 2 spoons butter, after heating add onions and saute
Step 3:
Add capsicum, carrot and cook till it is cooked
Step 4:
Add tomatoes, Ginger & Garlic Paste, chopped green chillies and Salt, cook till they are completely cooked for 5mins
Step 5:
Add red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala and cook for 20 sec
Step 6:
Add boiled peas, boiled and chopped potatoes.
Cook and mix properly
Step 6:
Add cooked Basmati rice and mix
Serve hot.
