Mushroom Masala

Ingredients:
1 Packet Button Mushroom 200gms
1 Onion finely chopped
1 Green chilly finely chopped
1/2 inch Ginger grated
4 Garlic cloves mashed
2 tsp Hung Curd
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp Eastern Chicken Fry Masala
1/2 Cheese Cube Grated
2 Spring Onion chopped - Separate the Onion and green leaves
1/2 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Jeera
Salt
Oil
Step 1
Take cooking pan, add 2 tsp oil, Jeera and let it cook and add Onion
Step 2
Let the onion and spring onion (not the green leaves) cook and become translucent
Step 3
Add ginger, garlic and green chilly and let it saute for 30 secs, cook till the raw smell is gone
Step 4
Add Salt, Red chilly powder, Eastern chicken fry masala, chat masala and mix well
Step 5
Add hung curd and mix well
Step 6
Add spring onion leaves and mushrooms and cook for 5 mins or till the mushrooms are completely cooked
Step 7
Serve hot with roti or rice
