Cutlets

Ingredients:

30gm Paneer
2 Potatoes Medium (Boiled and Grated)
1 Onion small (Finely chopped)
1 Green chilly (Finely chopped)
1 inch Garlic (Grated)
4 Garlic cloves (Chopped)
1 small cup Carrot (Grated)
1 small cup Beetroot (Grated)
1/2 cube cheese (Grated)
1 tsp Chat Masala
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Maida
Breadcrums
Salt
Oil

Method
Step 1
           Take cooking pan, add 1 tsp oil, chopped onion and saute till translucent.

Step 2
            Add green chilly, garlic and ginger and saute till the raw aroma is gone

 Step 3
            Add Garam Masala, Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder and mix  well 
 
Step 4
Add grated carrot, mix well and cook for 20-30 sec
 

Step 5
Add grated beetroot, mix well and cook for another 20 sec. 
Add Salt as per taste
 

Step 6
In a bowl, mix grated Paneer, Potatoes, Cooked veggies, Cheese and mix well

Step 7
Add Chat Masala and Black Pepper

Step 8
Make small round shape tikkis of the mixture.

 Step 9
Make small round shape tikkis of the mixture.
Take the tikki and dip into the Maida mix and then roll them into breadcrums
 
Step 10
Heat the oil and shallow fry them into the oil, till they are golden.

Step 11
Serve hot with sauce or green chutney

#Tip:
             Do not fry much as all the ingredients are already cooked
