Cheese Balls

INGREDIENTS
For Cheese Balls
3 Tsp Cup Maida
1 Cup Cheese (grated)
1/2 Cup Paneer (grated)
2-3 Medium Potatoes Boiled  (mashed)
1 Onion finely chopped
1/4 inch Ginger paste
2-4 Garlic clove paste
2 Green chilies Finely chopped 
1/2 Tsp Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp Chat Masala
Pinch Black Pepper
Coriander leaves finely chopped

For Slurry
1/2 Cup Cornstarch
1/2 Cup Refined flour (Maida)
1 Cup Water
Salt as per taste

1 Cup Breadcrumbs
Oil for Frying


METHOD
Step 1:
          Take a bowl, add all the ingredients - Paneer, Cheese, Potatoes, Ginger-Garlic paste, Green Chilies, finely chopped Coriander leaves, Jeera powder, Chat Masala, Black Pepper & Maida to make cheese balls. Mix well and form a soft dough.

Step 2:
          Make small balls out of the dough and keep it aside. 

 Step 3:
          Make the slurry of Maida, Cornstarch, Salt and add water to form a flowing consistency paste

 Step 4:
          Dip each ball into the slurry, coat it nicely with breadcrumbs and keep it aside.

 Step 5:
          Deep fry each ball on medium heat, till golden brown.
