Chocolate Pan Modak

INGREDIENTS

Filling:
1cup Grated coconut
4Tsp milkmaid
5 bettle leaves (optional)

Cover:
4-5 marie biscuit
3tsp fresh cream
1/4 slab of milk chocolate



METHOD
Step 1:
          Mix the filling and keep aside.
Step 2:
           For cover:
In a microwave bowl break the chocolate compound into big chunks and add fresh cream to it.
Microwave it for 15-15 secs in intervals. Keep it aside for 30 secs and mix well.
Now grind the biscuits and add it to chocolate mixture.
Step 3:
           Take the modak mold, add the chocolate mixture and stick it to the walls of the mould and make a space in between.
Add the coconut mix in between and then again add the chocolate mixture to close the base. Now unmold it and serve.
