Pan Pizza

Ingredients:

Baby Corns 2
Paneer 50gms
Cabbage chopped 1 cup
Capsicum 1/2 cup
Grated cheeseOil 1tsp
Wheat pizza base
Pizza sauce
Mayonnaise
Pizza seasoning (Mixed herbs)
Salt as per taste


Method:
Step 1
            Take a frying pan add oil, let it heat then add veggies - baby corns, cabbage, capsicum and saute it for 4-5 mins. Add salt and pizza seasoning as per taste.
Step 2
            Slightly fry the paneer cubes and add to the cooked veggies
 Step 3
Add pizza sauce as per taste to the veggies and mix well
 Step 4
Take another pan with lid and heat it. Take the pizza base and roast its only one side on which we need to add the toppings
 Step 5
Take the roasted side of the pizza base and take one tsp of pizza sauce and 1 tsp of mayonnaise and spread on it, add some grated cheese, then add the veggies and top it with some more grated cheese
Step 6
Preheat the pan with the lid closed for 5min and then open the lid and place the pizza in it and close the lid and cook for 2mins.
TIPS:
1.  Keep checking the pan when the pizza base is placed in the pan so that it does get burnt
2. Add less salt then usual as the cheese, pizza sauce and mixed herbs consists of salt
