Corn Cheese Rolls

Ingredients:
2 Medium boiled potatoes
2 Cheese cubes
50 gm Corn
4 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilly powder or chilly flakes  
3 white flour (maida)
Salt to taste

Oil for frying






















Method:
Step 1
            Grate the boiled potatoes and cheese cubes in a bowl
Step 2
            Slightly grind the corns in the corn kernels and add to the bowl
 Step 3
Add red chilly powder, salt, oregano, turmeric powder and white flour in the bowl
 Step 4
Mix all the ingredients and make small balls
Step 5
             Add oil in frying pan and heat the oil
Fry the corn cheese balls on medium flame
Cook till golden brown
