Roasted wheat bread rolls

Ingredients:
2 Medium boiled potatoes
1 onion medium finely chopped
1 tomato medium
1 green chilly
2-3 cloves of Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Red chilly powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Jeera powder
1 tsp Chat masala
Salt to taste
3 tsp Oil 

Bread Slices



Method:
Step 1
               Cut the sides of the bread and roll with the roti maker (Belan)
Step 2
               In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds and let them crackle
               Add ginger and garlic paste and add chopped onions, let it cook till golden brown
               Add salt and turmeric powder, then add tomatoes and let it cook
               Add boiled potatoes and mix well
               Let the mixture cool completely 
 Step 3
              Add the mixture to the bread and roll
              Seal the edges of the bread by brushing some water on the edges
 Step 4
Heat the pan and brush the bread with some oil and roast it on the pan
Step 5
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney
