Crispy baby corn with sesame seeds

Ingredients:
Baby corn cut into half strips 10 -12
Spring Onions 3-4 chopped
Green chilies finely chopped
Garlic cloves 3-4 finely chopped
Oil for frying
Oil 2 tablespoons
Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Schezwan Sauce 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce 3 tsp
Green Chilli Sauce 1/2 tsp
Tabasco sauce few drops
Corn flour
Sesame seed 2 tsp
Method:
Step 1
Add salt to 2 cups of water and boil the baby corns
in hot water in a vessel or cook in microwave for 3mins.
Remove the water completely and add corn flour to
it and fry till half-done remove them on the plate.
Sprinkle the corn flour again and fry the baby
corns for 10-20 secs.
Step 2
In another pan take 2 tsp of oil, add green
chilies and garlic.
Sauté it and then add chopped spring onions, till
slightly cooked.
Add sesame seeds, tomato sauce, soya sauce, schezwan sauce,
green chilli sauce, tabasco sauce and pinch of salt to taste.
Step 3
Mix the fried baby corns and serve hot.
Note: As we are adding soya sauce and it already
contains salt add the salt carefully to the dish.
