Sham Savera Kofta Curry

INGREDIENTS

For Kofta :
3-4 Cup Chopped Spinach
200gm Grated Paneer
1 Boiled Potato
1/2 inch Ginger
1 Small Chopped Onion 
1/4 tsp Jeera Powder
3-4 tsp Rice Flour
3-4 tsp Gram Flour
3-4 tsp Corn Flour
Salt 
Oil for Frying

For Gravy:
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
2 Cloves
1/2 inch Cinnamon
2 Green Cardamon
1 Onion Coarsely Chopped
1 Bay Leaf
1 Tomato Chopped (Big Pieces)
1/2 inch Ginger
2-3 Garlic cloves
4-5 Cashew Nuts
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Jeera powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Fenugreek (Kasturi Methi)
1-2 Chopped Green Chillies
2 cups Water
Oil for cooking
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves finely chopped for garnish
Fresh Cream


METHOD
for Kofta
Step 1:
           Take a pan add 2tsp oil, one small coarsely chopped onion, garlic and cook for 2 min. Then add chopped spinach and cook for 5mins. Let the spinach mixture cool and then grind it into a smooth paste
Step 2:
           Take the paste in a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, grated boiled potato, salt, jeera powder and make small balls out of the batter and stuff the gratted panner at the center
Step 3:
           Take corn flour in a bowl and roll the balls in cornflour. Heat the oil for frying and fry the koftas on medium heat. Keep the koftas aside.

FOR Gravy
Step 1:
           Take a pan, add onion, green chilies, ginger, garlic, tomato, cashew nuts and1tsp oil and cook for 5min. Cool the mixture and then grind it into a paste.
Step 2:
          Take a pan, add 5-6 tsp oil, add mustard seeds, .cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, bay leaf and cook for a minute. Add the paste, turmeric powder, salt and cook till the paste leaves the oil
Step 3:
        Add red chili powder, jeera powder, garam masala and cook for  2min. Add water and cook for 6-8 mins.
Step 4:
        Add coriander, fenugreek, fresh cream and cook for a minute. Cut the koftas into two equal halves and serve with gravy.
