Stuffed Okra (Bhndi)

Ingredients:
Bhindi (okra) 12-14
Groundnuts 4spoons
Sesame Seeds (Til) 3 spoons
Besan 2 spoons
Amchur powder 1pinch
Garam Masala 1/2 spoon
Red Chilli Powder 1 spoon
Turmeric Powder 1/2 spoon
Jeera Powder 1 spoon
Coriander Powder 1 spoon
Green Chilies Chopped 2
Garlic Chooped 8 cloves
Ginger Crushed 1/2 inch
Mustard Seeds 1 spoon
Oil 5 spoons
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Salt as per taste
Step 1
Take a pan and roast groundnuts and sesame seeds for 2 mins and then grind coarsely and put in a bowl.
Step 2
Dry roast the gram flour in a kadhai until light brown and nice aroma starts to come. Add this to the bowl in step 1.
Step 3
Add Garam Masala, Turmeric powder, Jeera powder, Coriander powder, Red Chilli powder, Salt and mix well in the bowl in step1.
Step 4
Cut the top and tail of all the bhindis and slit them length wise and do not cut them into halves.Take each bhindi and stuff it with the 1/2 to 1 spoon prepared stuffing.
Step 6
Take a heavy bottom vessel and add oil. Let the oil heat, then add stuffed bhindi and cook for 3-5 minutes and then take off the Bhindi in a plate.
Step 7
Add some oil in the pan, add mustard seeds splutter, add chopped garlic, green chilies and crushed ginger, saute for 30 sec.
Step 8
Add salt and remaining stuffing and the cooked bhindi. Cook for a minute and turn off the flame.
Step 9
Transfer the curry into a serving bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
